2. Self regulate using gratitude, meditation, mindfulness

3. Reframe your experience and redefine success

4. Renegotiate your perceptions… If you survived this year… it’s a success.

If you’re primary relationship and your friendships are healthy… extra success. The rest you can reframe, renegotiate, recontextualize and reflect back on the best of the year while planning the best of next year. Merry Christmas, Happy New Year… 2018 is going to be amazing!
